While Isaia Huron was moving to Nashville, Tennessee from Greenville, South Carolina in 2018 as a drummer in a local band, he knew he was at a pivotal moment. He was flying the coop of comfort, partially confident in his untapped perspective as an artist, but also hesitant to give it a try, especially in the place deemed “Music City.” He had been haphazardly releasing tracks on Soundcloud for years, but this move would require more belief in his mission.

Since his first official, Isaia re-released 7 of his favorite Soundcloud drops from the past few years in a new compilation titled “Libbie”; released a cover of DJ Snake & Justin Bieber’s “Let Me Love You” (Amazon Original) which he brings into his R&B world; a 5-song project called “Bound” that features his upbeat, anthemic single titled “Self!”, and a mixtape called “Cerulean Tapes” in which he put his creative production and vocal spin on a few records like Aaliyah’s “One In A Million” and Drake’s “Teenage Fever.” Isaia is currently working on another mixtape and the follow-up project to “Bound.”
