Beautiful Freaks are a hardcore glam pop band ready Formed in 2013, Peter Bryson and James Bonaci came together over their love for metal, jazz & punk. Over the years their sound has evolved into a whirlwind of post punk experimentation, gnarled indie pop ballads and visceral live energy. With the addition of Meg Hall on lead vocals, the extreme of pop hooks & metal breakdowns has elevated the hype of their upcoming follow up LP to the infamous "Cameo Artist". Having played for Audioasis on KEXP in 2019, Beautiful Freaks have since, toured, self recorded multiple new sets of material & are set to make their festival debut at SXSW 2022. Having been a band in the greater PNW music scene, Freaks have played with long list of artists including Dude York, Helms Alee, Hobosexual, The Black Tones, Naked Giants, Tres Leches, Acapulco Lips & more. As queer & trans artists, Beautiful Freaks hope to send a message of queer acceptance, trans liberation & empowerment to the regulars at their shows, old Seattle punks and the youth of the city!
