A self-proclaimed purveyor of 'gentle folk' Hayfitz crafts delicate songs about the most delicate of subjects. Fresh off of his self-produced 2020 debut, Capsules, the Brooklyn based multi-instrumentalist is now deep into a second full length record exploring the complex journey of coming into his new-found queer identity.

Hayfitz has spent his early career practicing exercises in ultimate vulnerability, diving head first into microscopic memories and breaking down the technicalities of song structure for richer soundscapes. Finding solace in performing in intimate non-traditional spaces and listening rooms, Hayfitz has been touring via Dan Mangan's ticketing platform Side Door, leading him to perform for small audiences in spaces ranging from backyards, to bookstores, to scenic gardens across the US and Canada. He looks forward to debuting a new live band and covering new ground in 2022 with shows in select UK and European cities.
