Tipped as ‘One To Watch’ by Wonderland Magazine, Jazz FM and BBC Introducing, vocalist, songwriter and producer Georgia Cécile is at the helm of the new wave of UK Jazz-Pop crossover artists.

Championed by Gregory Porter and Jamie Cullum, Georgia grew up in Glasgow, Scotland, immersed in jazz music (her grandfather was a renowned Scottish jazz pianist), and she takes inspiration from the likes of Abbey Lincoln, Nancy Wilson, Stevie Wonder and Duke Ellington. Her debut album 'Only The Lover Sings', co-written and arranged with Euan Stevenson, topped the UK Jazz and Blues Album charts at #3 and has remained in the Top 20 for its first 16 weeks and counting.

Gaining major attention for her engaging live performances, she opened as the main support act for Gregory Porter across four sold-out shows at the Royal Albert Hall and toured sold-out shows in 2021 including Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, and Royal Festival Hall with Guy Barker's BBC Concert Orchestra.

A serious vocalist and sophisticated songwriter of her generation, Georgia has been supported by Gregory Porter, Jamie Cullum, BBC Radio 2, Jazz FM, BBC 6 Music, PRS, Love Supreme Festival, Cheltenham jazz festival.
