DJ Hollygrove
DJ Hollygrove was born in New Orleans April 9, 1984. An actor and musician as a child, he was featured in the 1996 documentary Shakespeare's Children directed by Kate Kline May and narrated by Kevin Kline. DJ was a 2003 graduate of New Orleans esteemed New Orleans center For Creative Arts and was classmates with Trombone Short and Jon Batiste. In August 2014 DJ Hollygrove was bought on as a Co-host on "#ChopNotSlopShow" on KQBT 93.7 The Beat Houston with legendary DJ OG Ron C, who is also co-founder of Swishahouse Records. Former Show DJ for legendary Houston Rapper Lil' O of the Screwed Up Click, and Riff Raff. In July 2016 DJ was featured in the "Lean Scene" episode of "Black Market With Michael K Williams", which is the highest rated episode of the series. As of March 2022, DJ Hollygrove has over 252 Million Mixtape Streams/Downloads.
