Miss Taint is an experimental horror drag monster based in San Antonio, Texas . Performing for over 7 years , Miss Taint has opened doors to create safe spaces for many queer alternative drag artists to perform . She was recognized as a breakthrough artist in 2017 where she graced the cover of the San Antonio Current , spreading the message of drag diversity and acceptance . Miss Taint digs into the horrors of her mind and creates living nightmares for audiences across to shriek in terror and question reality with her vivid storytelling and sideshow acts (blockhead & pincushion) . She has been awarded “most vulgar” and “most horrifying” by the living and has performed in festivals such as Bushwig NYC (2018 & 2019) and VaVa Doom’s Texas Metalesque Festival (2019) . Since the pandemic , Miss Taint has focused more on creating digital videos of her performances to share with online audiences (available to watch on Instagram/YouTube) and has most recently been recognized and awarded (1st Alternate) Best Drag performer of 2021 by the SA Current , being the 1st San Antonio alternative drag artist to place in this category .
