John Moods
Jonathan Jarzyna aka John Moods is a German-Polish songwriter from Berlin and co-founder of the experimental band Fenster.
His style can be described as spiritual-romantic outsider pop - quirky but with a very strong sense of pop, combined with "psychedelic to jazzy folk sound of the late sixties and seventies, to AOR eighties rock", there are many spiritual and philosophical themes hidden in the lyrics.
In 2019 he released the song "Like A Whisper" with Polish artist Better Person. This was followed in 2020 by the single "Deine Welt" with German artist Luis Ake. Since the first album's release in 2018, he has toured throughout Europe and played shows with bands such as Jonathan Bree, Homeshake, Porches and Dagobert In 2020, two of his songs were featured in the HBO series "High Maintenance." In an episode of the series "High Fidelity" on Hulu, a song even ran in the end credits of an episode.
In 2021, the new album called "So Sweet So Nice" alongside a collection of poetry ("Sounds Of A Clown") was released on Mansions and Millions and the Canadian label Arbutus Records.
