The Thing With Feathers are an alt-rock, indie pop and dance powerhouse, fueled by four of Nashville’s favorite fools: David Welcsh (vocals), Sean Carroll (bass), Alex Hendricks (lead guitar) and Chris Roussell (drums).

Following the modest success of their debut single, the band found solid ground with the song 'Figure It Out', a song that has now exceeded a million streams and continues to grow in popularity. The band continued to release a series of singles as they honed their live show.

Fast forward to today, and the band are releasing their debut E.P., 'Sundays in the South', produced by Owen Lewis (Snow Patrol, Old Sea Brigade) and Ben Cramer. They will embark on a tour of the mid-west in support of the release and have festival appearances planned for the summer. They have already begun work on their follow-up E.P., with noted Nashville producer Kyle Dreaden at the helm.
