Alycia Mason
Alycia leads the development and commercialization of digital and delivery strategies that are transforming the customer experience across 14,000 restaurants. She and the team are working to modernizing McDonald’s by creating integrated, digital led experiences for our customers that grow the business, today and tomorrow.
Under her leadership, McDonald’s has doubled digital and delivery sales, while maintaining the largest digital app base of customers and largest QSR delivery share.
Prior to joining to McDonald's, she spent 7 years at Publicis as a proven leader of large scale, integrated teams. Alycia led the Kellogg’s Publicis Global team, which was at the helm of transforming Kellogg’s brand building model inclusive of Creative, Media, CRM and Analytics.
Under Alycia’s leadership, ROIs doubled due to a renewed focus on business outcomes, built a Media and CRM team for the future and helped evolve their creative approach to better support a digitally led consumer. Prior to Kellogg Alycia has worked on BP, Kraft and Luxottica Retail in various leadership roles in Media and Digital.
Outside of work, Alycia enjoys spending time with her husband and two girls, reading 15+ magazines a month and sharpening her cooking skills.
