Art House Distribution in the Age of COVID
On April 9th, 2020 Juno Films was slated to release Radium Girls starring Joey King in 25+ theaters cross the US. April 6th all "non-essential" businesses in NYC were closed and theaters across the country followed. This panel will explore how distributors found work arounds to bring cinema to audiences outside of the brick + mortar venues. Moderated by Elizabeth Sheldon of Juno Films, she is joined by panelists Dan Zastrow, programmer of Smith Rafael Film Center, and Connie White of Balcony Releasing and founder of @HomeArts.
