Kayla Yumi Lewis, writer/showrunner of Parked in America, is an Asian-American TV writer from the Bay Area in California. She has had the pleasure of interning at TNT, tbs, and HBO Max in Burbank, as well as Food Network in NYC. Her passion and inspiration lies in diverse storytelling and representing the Asian-American community on screen.
