Romany is psychologist, musician, speaker and senior research consultant at Glocalities and has extensive experience consulting multinationals, NGO’s and governments on improving their global branding, marketing and communication strategy. She studied classical and jazz singing as a Young Talent at the Royal Conservatory in the Hague, Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and worked at various research & consultancy agencies on accounts such as McDonald's, PepsiCo & Renault.
In 2018 she led the development of a value-based segmentation model for the Dutch Market and joined Glocalities to expand her expertise to an international environment. She currently consults clients such as the Van Gogh Museum and the Flower Council of Holland on their global branding and marketing strategy and leads the music & entertainment division of Glocalities.
