Raji Kalra, MBA,MA, is a serial COO & CFO for growing nonprofits & social enterprises in the US. She has experience in Fortune 500 companies, working at Accenture & American Express and large nonprofits such as KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program). Currently, Ms. Kalra consults for organizations such as the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP), Shorefront Y, Global Outreach International. Previously, she worked at the David Lynch Foundation as their CFO/CAO, growing the organization 150% in revenue & 200% in staff and Harlem RBI, helping to establish & start DREAM Charter School.

Raji studied international environmental & development policy at Johns Hopkins SAIS (School of Advanced International Studies) where her passion for sustainable development grew. She worked for an environmental consulting and lobbying firm focused on the Climate Change Policy in DC while in graduate school.

For the last 11 years, Raji has served on the board of the Bronx River Alliance - 6 years as Treasurer, and now the last 2 years as Chair. The Alliance is a successful model of a public-private partnership between governmental agencies and the private sector to support local communities.

In her spare time, she serves as an alumni career coach for current MBA students at Columbia and acts as a judge for the Wharton Business Plan Competition and used to judge the Global Social Venture Competition. Raji holds her BA and MBA from Columbia University in NYC where she currently resides.
