Natalie Johnston
Natalie Johnston leads user experience research for YouTube on TV and home devices. Her team focuses on understanding people’s needs, motivations, and behaviors as they relate to TV watching and incorporating that into decisions that evolve and improve the products. Previously, she conducted human behavior, neuroimaging (fMRI), and clinical research studies to understand how emotions, perceptions of risk, and motivation affect learning and decision making. Natalie holds a M.Sc. in Neuroscience from Weill Medical College of Cornell University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University.
