Rowan Woods

Rowan Woods is a Film Programme Manager at the British Council, where she provides programming advice to the international film festival circuit on new work coming out of the UK. She is also the Industry and Episodic Programmer for the London Film Festival, and a freelance acquisitions consultant. She previously spent 4 years working in development at BBC Films, one of the UK film industry’s main public funding bodies, and as a producer and researcher on the BBC’s key film programmes on radio and TV. Her production credits include The Souvenir, In Fabric, Monsoon, Make Up, Perfect 10 and Apostasy. She frequently moderates panels and Q&As and is a regular contributor to the Film Programme on BBC Radio 4.
