Former speed-skater Johann Olav Koss is a four-time Olympic gold medalist, a social entrepreneur and the founder and former CEO of RightToPlay - a 700 employee company, enriching the lives of millions of children in more than 30 countries worldwide. Koss has served as board member to a great number of corporations and institutions, including the International Olympic Committee, the World Anti-Doping Agency, and The Gates Foundation, A physician by education, Koss recently returned to his native Norway, having spent the last 19 years in Canada, and currently serves as Vice President in the Norwegian Athletes Association.
