Bernadette Berger

She leads Alaska’s Innovation Practice to improve guest and employee experience, on the ground and in the sky. She is working to make Alaska Airlines the most accessible airline in the world.

Before joining Alaska, she designed airplane architecture for 10+ years and led R&D incubators defining the future of travel. She loves giving back to the next generation of designers, teaching in the Masters of Human Computer Interaction and Design program at the University of Washington.
