Nicole Bleiwas

Nicole is the President of Herbert, a Cannabis and Herbal Wellness Beverage Company. Having joined Herbert in late 2019, Nicole is focused on readying the company and brand for a successful debut product launch in early 2020.

With more than 20+ years of experience spanning CPG, Market Research, Retail and Tech, Nicole has built commercial capabilities and implemented strategic plans for companies that include Coca-Cola and Kraft Heinz. She has an innate curiosity for getting at the “why” behind consumer behaviour and a passion for positioning brands and businesses to capture demand.

Nicole is a Recipient of the Canadian Grocer Magazine 2018 Star Women Award in recognition of demonstrated influence, innovation, dedication and leadership in the Canadian grocery industry.
