Isabella Grandic is a 16-year-old on a mission to solve some of the world's hardest problems by leveraging technologies. She's extremely passionate about foodtech, like cellular agriculture and algorithmic foods. This summer, she was in Amsterdam with some of foodtech's industry leaders, working on various projects. She has researched consumer preferences, health of lab-grown products, and worked on machine-learning algorithms to optimize emerging "clean" foods. She blogs, speaks at the world's largest conferences and is always thrilled to have deep philosophical discussions.
