Rethinking Food Technology with Gen Z
Food will be transformed with non-edible technologies like brain-computer interfaces, 5G, and artificial intelligence. The session explores a Gen Z perspective on clean meat, plant-based alternatives and how other emerging technologies can accelerate the production of sustainable food products. We'll discuss the use of new enterprise tools and business models that can help bring more awareness to the field of food production, and how we can use bleeding-edge technologies to feed the world for years to come. This session will be presented by Isabella Grandic (16 years old), Gaby Floratos (18 years old) and Nazra Noushad (19 years old).
