Niamh McQuillan is an Educator and Leadership Coach in Baltimore. With 23 years of experience in education, Niamh knows that lasting transformation of learning and leadership comes from building meaningful relationships and identifying a personal stake in change.
Niamh leads school and district teams and has presented at international conferences on leadership. Her work was published in The Learning Professional. She is the recipient of the International Rotary Paul Harris Service Award. She curates Ripple Out, a forum for intentional women’s leadership, leads workshops in women and leadership, and works with Baltimore Women United, a diverse coalition working to close the political gender gap.
She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin and a Masters in Leadership from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She is an adjunct faculty member in the College of Business and Economics at Towson University.
