Todd Plesko

Todd Plesko brings more than three decades of experience in transportation planning and development to his position directing a broad range of program development functions for DART. He is responsible for the Planning and Development Department which includes the direction of two Divisions: Service Planning and Scheduling, and Mobility Programs Development.

Specific functions of the department include:

• Planning and development
• Bus/rail service monitoring, planning and scheduling
• Planning and preliminary design for bus and HOV facilities
• Engineering and operation of the HOV system in cooperation with the Texas Department of Transportation
