Brandon Schauer

Brandon works to create space for the next good change to happen through design. At Capital One his teams design numerous platforms for the digital customer experience of Capital One, including their award winning app and the gender-neutral conversational AI named Eno.

Brandon arrived at Capital One as the CEO of Adaptive Path, the influential design firm that Capital One acquired in 2014. Brandon serves as a member of the Institute of Design’s Board of Advisors since 2016.

Brandon has a love of spreadsheets that is unnatural for a designer.
