With an education in Human Environment and Design and 20+ years of design-related practice and leadership, she’s currently tasked with leading how the 200,000 employees of Ford understand and learn about what Design Thinking can do for us. It’s a system with values deeply aligned with how she lives her life —collaboration, curiosity, optimism and empathy. She couldn’t be more thrilled to be doing the work she’s best at, with a company full of incredible, diverse talents. We have the potential to change the world, again.
