Stephanie Wolfe

Stephanie Wolfe is a Human Resources (HR) Executive with experience working in various industries during times of change (deregulation, loss of exclusivity, reductions in force, business strategy changes, high growth, C Suite leadership changes, transformations, etc.). Stephanie began her HR career over 15 years ago working at an electric utility (FirstEnergy) as a site HR Leader and transitioned to large pharmaceutical companies (Wyeth, Pfizer) in both site leadership and Global HR Business Partner roles. She transitioned to Alexion, a global biopharmaceutical organization, over 6 years ago and has held various HR leadership roles of increasing responsibility. She is currently Alexion Pharmaceuticals' Head of Employee Experience.
