Elevating the Human Experience in the Workforce
Organizations today elevate the human experience, first, by asking, “what are the shared values and aspirations of the people in my ecosystem?” This helps leaders across the organization create shared experiences driven by those values, strengthening workers’ connection to the organization and putting meaning back into work. Workers have an enduring, personal relationship with their employers and desire more than a set of transactions; they want a career, purpose, and meaning from their work. We will explore the four facets of a human-centric workforce experience, highlighting the impact the workforce experience has on the customer experience and the value of data-backed insights gathered through human-centered design.
