Gavino Morin
For the past decade, Gavino Morin has advised video game developers on legal and business topics. Currently he is Director of Business & Legal Affairs for Bluepoint Games, an indie video game developer best known for its remasters and remakes of classic games.
Prior to focusing his attention on the video game industry, Gavino served as of counsel to Fish & Richardson, where he advised high-tech clients on various legal matters.
He is co-author of “Cyberspace and the Law: Your Rights and Duties in the Online World,” which was published by the MIT Press and received the "Best New Professional and Scholarly Book -- Computer Science Award" in 1994 by the Association of American Publishers.
Gavino received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of law, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science.
