Anne Marie Rowe is responsible for overseeing the Red Sox Rewards loyalty program, the Fan and Youth Engagement programs, managing the survey platform, and assisting the analytics department in using data and analytics to improve business decisions. Over the last two years, Anne Marie has played a key role in implementing initiatives to track fan and youth engagement inside the ballpark, improve offerings through the loyalty programs to engage fans at the game and has used data to assist the marketing and ticketing departments in developing new ideas for opportunities to reach fans outside of Fenway.
Prior to joining the Finance & Analytics team, Anne Marie began her career with the Red Sox as an intern for the team’s charity, The Red Sox Foundation. As an avid runner, she raised funds for the Red Sox Foundation in order to participate in and complete the 2014 Boston Marathon.
