After 25 years in market research, she co-founded ShedLight to ensure that voices of unheard, underserved Americans are included in corporate & non-profit decision-making. Melissa’s work has always leveraged primary research, recently as MD at Firefly/Kantar where clients included Facebook, Pepsico & JP Morgan/Chase.
