Jessica Bauer-Greene

Jessica Bauer-Greene, Work & Co Design Partner, is backed by 15 years of digital design experience. Jessica is known for launching and running a successful Brooklyn-based design firm which she led for five years prior to moving West. She also held a series of leadership roles at Huge, launching and scaling the San Francisco office and later helping to run the Portland office.

During her time leading design at agencies, she’s partnered with clients such as Nike, Hulu, and Apple. In her time at Work & Co, Jessica has led engagements with Planned Parenthood to help ensure equal access to women's healthcare.
