For nearly twenty years, Matt has been involved in various aspects of improving the guest experience in a variety of industries. With a diverse background that includes time as an entertainer, author, marketer, and developer, he has always worked to develop attractions, events, and experiences to meet the ever-changing demands of a diverse group of guests and consumers. Matt currently serves as Senior Director of Strategic Development for Caesars Entertainment, where he is working to define the traditional gaming experience through the use of technology, innovation, and collaboration with some of the world’s top brands and emerging technology companies.
