Stefanie Beavers

Stefanie Beavers, MSN, RN, SCRN, NEA-BC is the Director of Surgical and Procedural Services at Medical City Dallas Heart and Spine Hospitals since opening in 2019. Prior to that role, she was Director of Cardiovascular Services at Medical City Dallas and Director of Neuroscience Nursing at Texas Health Dallas, where she oversaw a research study to observe the perception of frontline care teams of the use of a task-assistive robot in the acute care setting. With a passion for workflow efficiencies and innovative workforce solutions, Stefanie has focused her doctoral work on developing a guideline for implementation of robotics in healthcare settings. Other career highlights include development and implementation of a pediatric cerebrovascular and stroke program with opportunities to publish case studies in AHA/ASA Stroke Journal and being a member of North Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, American College of Healthcare Executives, Sigma Theta Tau and American Nurses Association.
