Frederik Petursson Madsen

Frederik Petursson Madsen is CEO and co-founder of Circle Biomedical, a start-up company developing a next-generation, non-hormonal contraceptive for women. Circle Biomedical is working on new technology that modifies the barrier properties of cervical mucus. Frederik’s background is in business development, strategy and entrepreneurial management. Prior to assuming this role in the med-tech industry, he helped companies develop business models targeting low-income consumers in emerging markets. He holds a M.Sc. from Copenhagen Business School in Management of Innovation and Business Development.
