Devon Dickau

Devon is the co-lead of the Deloitte Consulting diversity & inclusion consulting practice. Passionate about nurturing empowering communities in challenging environments and aligning corporate strategy with social values, he advises Fortune 500 and other large corporate and nonprofit clients on the intersections between diversity & inclusion, talent, culture, engagement, leadership, social impact, and the Future of Work. Prior to Deloitte, Devon’s career spanned the nonprofit and education sectors globally and domestically. In Tanzania, Devon worked in rural villages as a community educator and organizer. At UCLA, Devon co-founded a department focused on engaging first-generation students and their families. And as a social impact consultant, Devon worked on the award-winning documentary film BULLY, the Imagination Foundation, and other organizations at the intersection between entertainment and social justice.
