Kirstin Benson

Kirstin Benson is the Vice President of Global Entertainment for Getty Images.

Based in Los Angeles, Kirstin oversees a global content team that is responsible for photo and video coverage of more than 70,000 entertainment events a year and major partnerships with Conde Nast, British Fashion Council, amFAR, and Viacom, to name a few.

Kirstin joined Getty Images in 2017 from Time Inc. (now Meredith Corp.), where she was the co-founder and Editorial Director of Instant — an all-video, first-of-its-kind outlet dedicated to the world of social media stars that was funded entirely by native advertising.

Applying her background in branded and social-first content, Kirstin has played a pivotal role in launching Getty Images’ full-service production agency, STUDIO, which works with partners across all verticals to achieve their brand objectives by developing strategy, producing creative, and tactically distributing visual stories.
