Renay Richardson

Renay spent over a decade working within the film & television industry. She worked at the talent & literary agencies; PFD, United Agents and Curtis Brown, before moving over to the production side of things where she worked at Stephen Fry's company Sprout Pictures and then Drama Republic, a high-end drama production company founded by executive producers Greg Brenman and Roanna Benn.

After a stint of working on set in the production offices of 24: Live Another Day and period drama The Suspicions of Mr Whicher, Renay become UK employee number 1 at Acast. At Acast, she fell in love with podcasts and the way they engaged with an audience to speak directly to their passions and interests. Along with Acast, Renay worked at Audible and Panoply before going on to found her company Broccoli Content.
