Mohammed Ashour is the co-founder and CEO of Aspire Food Group, a world-leader in commercially farming food-grade insects and processing them into all-natural, high-quality superfood ingredients and consumer products. Aspire was founded in 2014 after Mohammed led his team to win the prestigious US$1 million Hult Prize. A Forbes 30 under 30 honoree, Mohammed has been interviewed by every major media publication and is regarded as a leading voice on social enterprise and alternative protein. Mohammed pursued MD, MBA, and MSc degrees from McGill University and holds a B.Sc. degree from the University of Toronto.
