Lina Renzina leads Creators for Good, the Ad Council’s internal talent engagement arm, matching traditional and digital talent with the organization’s purpose-driven marketing initiatives. These partnerships have reached millions, driving impact for the most pressing social good issues to the national public such as suicide prevention, breast cancer risk awareness, empowering girls in STEM and diversity and inclusion. Since the formation in 2015 and under Lina’s leadership, the Talent Partnerships department has worked directly with over 300 creators and celebrities, generated 850 pieces of original content and earned over 50 million views across 30 campaigns.
Originally from Belarus, Lina is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion through representation in media, on the corporate level and beyond. She has made a concerted effort to recruit talent reaching diverse audiences, with nearly 70% of all talent partners identifying as a part of an underrepresented group. As a queer woman, she has recently established an LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group and advocated for the inclusion of an optional organization-wide pronoun inclusion in employee signatures.
Lina has spoken at several national industry events such as SXSW, Advertising Week, VidCon, Social Media Week and others. She is a 2019 Cynopsis Rising Star, PR Week Purpose Awards’ Most Purposeful Person Under 30 Honorable Mention and a finalist for the Future is Female Award at Advertising Week. As an executive producer, Lina’s work has garnered Mashie, Shorty, Campaign US, Streamy and Cynopsis Social Good awards.
Prior to the Ad Council, Lina worked at ICM Partners in theatrical literary and on the producing and marketing teams for Wicked the Musical, Fun Home and Annie on Broadway. She has also developed and produced new musicals under 4All Management, a talent management and producing venture she founded, which focuses on elevating the voices of and advocating for underrepresented artists. Her background in producing, marketing, business development and talent management is a testament to her passion for making a measurable impact with media through accessible storytelling.
