Emily Wengert
Emily is Group Vice President for User Experience at Huge, one of the world’s leading experience agencies. Emily leads many of Huge’s largest integrated retail and ecommerce relationships, focusing on tech innovation, including facial recognition, eye tracking and robotics. Since joining Huge she has driven customer experiential design and digital transformation initiatives for companies like Target, Comcast, SK-II, Google, Gucci, and Loblaws.
Emily specializes in the intersection of physical and digital experiences and engaging customers across retail, food service, and communal environments. Emily was named to AdWeek’s 2019 Creative 100 list.
A frequent speaker on the practice of design, the future of retail and digital business, Emily has spoken at Shop.org, SXSW, IxDA, and numerous design conferences. Prior to Huge, Emily led creative teams at Digitas and worked as a freelance journalist. She received a bachelor’s degree in English from the College of William and Mary.
