Environmental Injustice: Women & Climate Change
Climate change is a global crisis, but its effects are not evenly distributed. Women, especially those in developing countries, are disproportionately affected by climate disruption. This means they are also a major part of the solution. This session brings together sustainability experts with diverse backgrounds to explore this issue in depth. This panel will discuss the reasons for this disparity, and why equality is ultimately good for the planet.
