From Green to Red - Data, Art and the Environment

Date TBA

Can the union of art, music and technology provoke social change? UN role model for innovation Beatie Wolfe and The Mill’s creative director Gawain Liddiard reimagine the music video format (and protest song), taking the audience on a journey through the planet’s timeline via an immersive, endlessly evolving, interactive installation, “From Green to Red”, tracks the impact of human behaviour on the planet, using 800,000 years of data, and makes a stirring, cutting-edge statement of our times. Gawain and Beatie share a powerful legacy of creating ‘first of a kind’ art forms: Gawain directing the Cannes-selected first music video to combine ambisonic sound & 360 visuals while Beatie recently held an acclaimed solo exhibition of her ‘world first’ album designs at the V&A Museum.
