Scoring Film, TV, & Digital Platforms and Getting Paid

Our panel will cover topics that include everything from the most effective ways to hire a composer to what it costs to get a really good score for your project. We will offer valuable information about exactly what sets of rights you may need and advise on how to get music clearances. We'll also discuss the composer/director relationship and common mistakes made by both parties as well the importance of building a successful collaborative relationship between the Director and the Composer.
Typical residuals that may be owed in secondary markets will be included as well.
