Join us for a meet and greet with amputee athlete and advocate Cameron Clapp along with healthcare consultant Phillip Schaengold, JD, who had a 40-year career in healthcare-assisted facilities facing unique clinical challenges. Phillip, a C-Brace® user, will share his experience as an individual who contracted polio at a young age, moving beyond the disability to carve out a stellar career in healthcare. Cameron, struck by a train at the age of 15, lost both legs and an arm, but his tenacity for living life to the fullest propelled him into track and field, surfing, and serving the limb loss and limb difference community. Cameron and Phillip join Ottobock and Hanger at SXSW to create a unique networking opportunity for the disabilities community.
