Please be aware that cannabis and related laws vary. Programming in this track is designed to inform attendees about this fast-changing industry, and does not promote the use or sale of illegal drugs.

This talk addresses the contributions WOC are making in cannabis. These thought leaders who are often omitted from conversations, yet are creating significant opportunities for the next generation of WOC. Using their talents, cultural practices and experiences WOC are helping shape the future of cannabis that will lead to a greater impact. No longer allowing the overshadowing of commercialization to forecast their fit, women of color in cannabis are creating the path of inclusivity and reflections of our global society. This talk will inspire support, stimulate allyship and create a direct line of action to lead change. It's time WOC not only have a seat at the table but be recognized as equal leaders in the cannabis industry.
