As AR and VR and other realities become harbingers of our future cultural landscape, how will these groundbreaking experiences be presented? Currently galleries, cinemas, and theater black boxes are retrofitted or hacked to accommodate work that is hard to describe and participation is individualized and high touch. Do we need to invent a new hybrid space for these pioneering artists so the investment in these technologies is more fully realized for content makers and participants/audiences?
