Recharge & Restore Yoga Session
This isn’t your ordinary yoga class. Join Lauren Brown, international yoga teacher and massage therapist, for a 60 minute vinyasa yoga class intended to recharge your body’s natural energy & restore your mind. Lauren draws on her years of anatomy & mobility training to challenge, empower, & uplift through creative sequencing and focused breath work. This class is accessible for novice & experienced yogis alike.
Yoga mats will be provided.
