Redesigning Education: From Customer to Contributor
D'Wayne became a consumer of sneakers back in 1980 and made his transition to designing sneakers for of biggest names in sports and entertainment in 1989 without any formal training. After 31 years in the footwear industry, he created the school he wishes he could have attended. A new education model for companies to invest in their current customers to become their future contributors while inspiring that same current customer to see that brand as more than a product company.
