Fighting Inequality for Women in Tech

Date TBA

This past year, we have seen cultural moments that represent a shift toward gender parity. From the US Women’s Soccer Team’s fight for pay equality to the highest representation of women in U.S. Congress, the standard for equality, across industries and around the world, is increasing. But within this progress, there is disparity on how the progress looks for white women and especially, women of color, across the technology industry. The problems that have created gender inequality begs the questions: How can all women advocate for each other in meaningful ways? How can we enroll men to advocate for change? And, how can individuals and organizations level the playing field? Panelists will discuss their views and experiences with these disparities, and what they are doing to close the gap.
