Collections and exhibitions help connect audiences to stories and the creativity of humanity, from around the globe and throughout time. These, in combination with public trust and reflective practices, have positioned museums as unique catalysts for transforming the user experience. In this session, we’ll share examples of how some museums apply user-centered design practices and digital innovation to create inclusive, engaging spaces for reflection, discovery and disruption.
This diverse panel will bring together museum professionals, a design agency, a foundation, and a professional organization dedicated to digital transformations in museums and cultural institutions. We will share our journeys, projects and discuss how these insights can be applied outside of the cultural sector.
