Texas lags behind in reforming cannabis laws. Hemp regulations are rolling out, Texas' limited low-thc cannabis medical program has added new conditions and in the next year an estimated 60k Texans will be arrested for possession, despite a patchwork of diversion programs in urban areas. With 86% of Texans supporting substantive law change, how do we create pressure during the interim so that we can be successful during the 2021 legislative session? We want to create a space where we can look back at where we have bee, what is our current status and where we go from here while networking to create relationships for the future.
